As a group of companies, we see ourselves as a partner of public subsidies, which is not  only a part of society, but also helps to shape it. But shaping means commitment. We are aware of the responsibility and engaged in a versatile way:

It is in our interest to advance lively communication in the housing area and to avoid conflicts through the support of tenant activities and youth projects. For the support of older residents we focus on individual consultation and collaborative projects.

Especially dear to our heart is the support of higher education in the areas of architecture, town planning, the housing industry and geography. We offer students insight into professional practice early on via traineeships and project work. As a company, we stay current with the most recent state of knowledge through close collaboration with universities and technical colleges. We also advance outstanding works of the new generation with the Ernst May Prize and Ludwig Landmann Prize that are endowed by us.

As a good neighbor, we also support numerous cultural and social projects at our locations with monetary donations and donations of food and clothing.
