Provision of 22,500 apartments at 71 locations in Hesse with television, radio and to some extent, internet and telephone
MET provides their customers with a quality cable connection in the interest of the housing industry. The provision of the signal takes place depending on demand and suitability through a connection to the cable network of iesy Hessen GmbH Co. KG and/or other cable network operators of network layer 3 or through their own head-ends.
A valuable „triple play connection“ can also be offered to the customer that enables internet and telephony via the broadband cable in addition to a comprehensive television and radio offering.
MET also provides the tenants of the Nassauische Heimstätte / Wohnstadt group of companies as well as other housing firms and private apartment lessors.
The coverage extends from commercial management up to complete planning and establishment as well as operation and maintenance of cable networks.

Supply of 1,400 apartments with heat by means of  22 heating systems
MET establishes and operates environmentally friendly heating systems in gas-fuel value technology. The heat supply takes place as heat contracting.

Billing for heat and water
Since 2004, the MET has been employed in the area of the administration of foreign properties as a fiduciary service. The management sees itself as a customer-oriented, one-stop, complete technical and commercial administration of residential and business real estate. The MET has previously managed approximately 1,000 apartments of several companies.
An additional business area of MET is the accounting of heat and water consumption.

Establishment and operation of photovoltaic systems
Based on the EEG (Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetz, Renewable Energy Act), the MET establishes and operates photovoltaic systems for the environmentally-friendly creation of electricity. The MET previously operated two large facilities in Kassel.
