Nassauische Heimstätte Wohnungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main, has offered comprehensive services in the areas of housing, building and development for over 85 years.

In 2005, Nassauische Heimstätte acquired shares of the State of Hesse to Wohnstadt Stadtentwicklungs- und Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Hessen mbH, Kassel. Through the merger, it advanced to one of the leading German housing companies: the Nassauische Heimstätte / Wohnstadt Group– with approx. 63,000 apartments, over 30 locations, branch offices and offices in Hesse and Thuringia as well as nearly 750 employees.

The „NH ProjektStadt“ brand developed in the following year as a result of the increased demand. Fields of expertise are focused there to carry out sustainable city and  project development tasks as well as consulting activities in Germany and abroad.
