A clean thing: everything about trash and waste
The consortium works together with an experienced service provider for waste management: the innotec firm. It provides comprehensive waste disposal consulting for numerous properties belonging to the group of companies. This includes the control and sorting of trash receptacles as well as the cleaning of the stands.
innotec employees are available on-site to our tenants for questions on waste disposal. But there are always information events where our tenants can receive valuable tips and suggestions as well as brochures in many languages.
And if you’ve missed innotec on-site, you can contact them at the hotline at 0800-4666832.
What trash belongs where?
- In most residential buildings of the consortium, there are containers for waste glass directly on the property or nearby. All bottles should go in the waste glass container outside of returnable bottles and deposit bottles. Fireproof glass, e.g., jars, ovenproof dishes, porcelain, stoneware and electric bulbs do not belong in the waste glass container, but in the residual trash can.
- Paper, cardboard and cardboard packaging go into the paper barrels. They are usually emptied every 14 days and are free of charge.
- Packaging from plastic, metal and composites are gathered in the yellow barrel or, in some places, also in the Yellow Sacks that have Green Dot. Incidentally: you do not need to rinse out this packaging. It is enough when it is completely emptied, for example, scraped out with a spoon. Paper, cardboard and glass never go into the yellow barrel, even when it has the Green Dot!
- All refuse, which can not be recycled, goes into the grey „other“ bin and ends up in the landfill – at the expense of humans and nature. Therefore, strict waste separation pays.
