Senior housing in Raunheim

The four buildings in Ringstraße 105 + 105 a-c were built near the new city center in the best downtown location. In this way, the inhabitants are included in the city happenings and do not have to go out of their way to handle transactions and errands: doctors, pharmacies, the library, ice cream parlor, baker and the supermarket are all close by.

Altogether, Nassauische Heimstätte has built 61 one and one-half and two-room apartments, handicapped-accessible and suitable for seniors, up to 62 sqm. in size.  41 apartments are publicly subsidized and therefore affordable for seniors with a minimal pension income. The rent for these apartments is 5.50 euros per square meter, while the 20 privately financed apartments are rented for 7 euros per square meter.

Attractive roof terraces and an elegantly designed exterior offer sufficient space for recreation. Approximately 110 sqm are available for common areas. These include common rooms, a tea kitchen, two toilet facilities, a storage room and two additional terraces. In this way, social relations and neighborhood contacts are actively encouraged.

In spite of its nearness to the city center, the spacious architecture conveys a feeling of peace and „being at home“.

A permanent component of the rental contract is a service package that contains, in addition to the in-house emergency call, a wireless smoke alarm and the use of a safe in the entry area of the facility. There are also regular consultation hours for everyday problems. The service rate for these services is currently 25 euros; the services are supplied by a cooperation partner of Nassauische Heimstätte. In addition, additional service offerings can be arranged such as Meals on Wheels or mobile support and help in the household.
