In-house emergency call – safety for everyone

At a push of the button, the doctor is always in the neighborhood: the in-house emergency call takes care of that.

We offer four reasonable in-house emergency call packages to our tenants via Hausnotruf Deutschland – a business division of Frankfurter Verband. The basic package is just 12 euros/month.

The in-house emergency call works as a subscriber station that is connected to the telephone. But it can also be activated by means of the mobile emergency button. (The emergency button is to be worn as a wristband, or around the neck). The activation of the emergency button is possible in the whole housing area (from the cellar to the attic).
When there is an emergency, contact can be made with the in-house emergency call center quickly and without a problem by the push of a button – and the emergency call appears immediately on the screen of the emergency call center.

The employee sees who has activated the emergency call as well as the medical history and the addresses of doctors, relatives or neighbors. Help comes immediately.
