Concierge Model, Wiesbaden
Cooperation project with the Klarenthal Education Agency, Geno 50 and GWW housing firms as well as the state capital of Wiesbaden in the Klarenthal district
A concierge system was established in cooperation with two additional housing firms – Geno 50 and GWW – for three high-rises in Wiesbaden-Klarenthal. The employment agency of the concierge employees is the Klarenthal Educational Agency.
It is the project’s goal to increase the tenant’s feeling of security through the personal presence of the concierge workers. In collaboration with each concierge and/or custodian and residential estate caretaker of individual communities, vandalism and contamination should be reduced and neighborly relationships activated. In collaboration with the district office, the aim is to advance the willingness of the residents to integrate themselves into the cultural, societal and social life of the district. The three organizations share the personnel costs.
Since 2005, there are three alternating employees in the concierge office in Hermann-Brill-Straße 8. From here, they watch the entrance areas of the high-rises via monitors. The team regularly patrol the buildings and pay special attention to the cellar and stairwell. A concierge is available as a contact person to the approximately 100 people of the Hermann-Brill-Straße 12 NH apartment house in addition to set consultation hours. Nassauische Heimstätte has installed several video cameras in this high-rise that monitor the entry and elevator area.
