Small repairs: you instruct – we pay

For many years now, Nassauische Heimstätte has established a special customer-friendly repair service for their tenants: the Tenant Technical Control Board. This means that as a tenant you can order repairs amounting to 250 euros independently, and from contract firms appearing on a list of skilled craftsmen.

In Frankfurt and Wiesbaden, our own management shops are there for you at the usual working hours for sanitary installation maintenance; in Hanau and some parts of the city of Offenbach, they are also available for carpentry work. In addition to classic repairs, the management employees also offer you skilled workmanship support with smaller problems.

The advantage of the Tenant Technical Control Board: As a tenant, you enjoy quick repair services – we assume the payment. The Tenant Technical Control Board can be contacted for repairs on the apartment equipment of the consortium, such as bathroom fittings, hot water boiler, toilet tanks, etc.

Based on the good experience and increased tenant satisfaction due to the Tenant Technical Control Board procedure, we are now offering this service in the Wohnstadt area, too.

For urgent cases (e.g., when there is a burst pipe) and with larger repair requests, please contact your technician in the branch office. The technical emergency number is available to you outside of business hours.
