A Lively Neighbourhood

It is particularly important to us as a landlord that our tenants feel completely comfortable in their homes. Pleasant surroundings and a lively neighbourhood are just as important as the choice of suitable housing on offer.

The group is involved in a wide range of tenant initiatives, as well as celebrations and other events across its estates, which all contribute to a lively and integrated neighbourhood. To do this the group works in partnership with the public sector, but is also involved in private initiatives too.

A harmonious coexistence and mutual understanding between the different  generations across the estates is promoted through the provision of child and youth support work, employment schemes and participatory projects to help support families.
