The consortium as administrator in accordance with the Condominium Property Act

As an additional service, the group of companies offers their customers professional management of condominiums in accordance with the Condominium Property Act.

We currently supervise approx. 871 dwellings in over 15 locations.

The following tasks are assumed within the scope of these managements:

• annual condominium fee invoicing incl. heating and water accounting
• preparation and execution of the annual condominium owners‘ meeting
• management of common money as "trust assets"
• a minimum of an annual on-site inspection of the common property
• handling of the on-going business of the community
• preparation and execution of rulings as well as commercial and technical care, if necessary.
